What is the difference between Incorporation and Post Incorporation services?

Incorporation services involve the initial process of legally forming your company, including registration, bank account opening and obtaining necessary approvals, while one-time post-incorporation services encompass issuing share certificates, FDI compliance, executing inter- company service agreements, employment agreements etc.

However, the above fee does not cover the government fee, stamp duty, cost of digital signature which is approximately between $175 to $290 depending upon number of foreign directors. 

Does government fee applies for setting up company in India?
